  1. What type of devices or systems can I connect to the Superna network?
    If you can control it - we will support it. Superna can control devices and systems which are operated through TCP/IP, Infrared, Serial protocols, dry contact sensor devices, UPnP, Z-Wave and Instaeon products.
  2. What is a Superna Digital Home?
    The Superna Digital Home is a 3 in 1 solution providing an affordable answer for Home Control, Home Automation and Digital Media Distribution. The Superna Digital Home has been created with the integrator and end-user in mind. It is a flexible and scalable solution which is easy to install and maintain. No coding knowledge is required as no coding is performed in the installation. The system has a fully customizable user interface and set-up providing ultimate flexibility without complex programming.
  3. Do I need to invest in a full solution from day one?
    No. The Superna platform is based on standard networking architecture, allowing you to start with a single application or zone and then expand over time to more applications or other zones in your home.
  4. How do I configure Superna?
    Superna's ConfigNet™ software provides the easy configuration and management tools, which allow you to setup and maintain a digital home solution with no programming.   5. Do I need to rewire my house to use Superna?
    No. The only infrastructure required to install Superna is a standard home network – wired or Wi-Fi. All of Superna's products are network capable, and can be connected to your existing home network. If you don't already have a home network, this is the easiest home automation infrastructure to install. Wireless home networks can be installed in any home, making them Superna ready.
  6. What can Superna do for me?
    Superna utilizes standard IP home networks, wired as well as Wi-Fi, to connect devices and appliances throughout the home for complete home control, digital media distribution and streaming and home automation.
  7. Can Superna be installed in an existing house or apartment?
    Absolutely. Our wireless capabilities allow you to install the Superna solution in almost any environment with no need to rewire your home.
